ნივთებზე, რომელზეც მითითებულია კონკრეტული გარანტიის ვადა, საგარანტიო პირობები მოქმედებს აღნიშნულ პერიოდზე, ხოლო ყველა სხვა ნივთი, რომელსაც შეძენიდან 1 კვირის ვადაში აღმოაჩნდება ნებისმიერი სახის ქარხნული წუნი, ექვემდებარება ახლით შეცვლას ან თანხის დაბრუნებას ნივთის სრული ღირებულების მოცულობით. (განვადებით შეძენილი საქონლის შემთხვევაში - განვადების გაუქმებას).

საგარანტიო სიტუაციის წარმოშობისას, მომხმარებელი ვალდებულია თავისი ხარჯებით მიიტანოს ნივთი კომპანიის ოფისში. შეკეთებული ან შეცვლილი ნივთის უკან გაგზავნის ხარჯებს თავის მხრივ, ანაზღაურებს ჩვენი კომპანია.

For items with a specific warranty period, the warranty conditions are valid for the specified period, and all other items, which are found to have any kind of factory defect within 2 week of purchase, are subject to replacement or refund in the amount of the full value of the item. (in case of goods purchased in installments - cancellation of installments).

In the event of a warranty situation, the customer is obliged to bring the item to the company's office at his own expense. The cost of sending the repaired or replaced item back will be reimbursed by our company.
